Procedure for Registration


  1. The applicants are required to send their documents (i.e. a copy of their passport, academic certificates and transcripts …) to the Admission Office of International Students (AOIC) of the Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University (ASMU).

  2. After reviewing the received documents by the relevant departments and the Committee for Admission of International Students, the initial admission letter will be sent to the applicants.

  3. Applicants will also receive a code in the Students’ Affairs Office Site for chasing up purposes.

  4. After receiving acceptance letter of admission in the Students’ Affairs Office Site, applicants are required to pay their annual tuition fee by depositing the required sum to the account number 4001074603022217 with IBAN number IR870100004001074603033317.

  5. Submission of the original copies of academic certificates to the AOIC Office of the university within two months after the start of the academic year for final registration. It is important to point out that the final admission of all international applicants is subject to the final approval of the Students’ Affairs Office of the Ministry of Sciences, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

  6. Tuition fee for a semester is none-refundable if an applicant decides to withdraw from studying at ASMU after registering for that semester.


Tuition Fees for International Students

Tuition fees for the international students applying for the academic year 2021-2022 are as follow:

            The above fees are exclusive of any remedial, re-sitting, or extra courses. 

Students applying for dormitory residence and Farsi language courses have to pay separate fees.

Students applying to study at ASMU will not be charged for reviewing of their academic documents, issuing admission letters, or requesting specific-purpose chairs.

No other fees will be charged except those described as above.
