Vision and Mission
At present, the university is composed of seven faculties with forty-six educational departments and two research departments. In other words, ninety subject courses are being studied at B.A, M.A., and PhD levels by day and evening students. Main goals of the university are to train faithful, committed specialist manpower, to move toward the objectives of twenty-year vision, the comprehensive scientific map of the country, and the first development plan, to expand scientific boundaries in order to nativise them, to promote education and fundamental researches and make them applicable, to promote scientific status of the university in order to get a position among outstanding universities of the region and the world, to prepare appropriate ground for production, expansion and use of science in order to elevate living standards in the society, and to manage human resources, financial resources, equipment, and physical space of the university.
Furthermore, its ends are oriented toward monitoring and continuously measuring its activities, improving their quality together with its quantitative development, trying to satisfy the students and clients, improving the professional skills of the university personnel, fostering group work, and persuading them to be in partnership with the others in improving the processes of the activities.
