E_learning is a new method of distant Learning which is carried out using information technology in order to get easy and cheap access to all resources and educational services at every time and everywhere. At present, rapid development of local networks in organizations and progressive increase in the number of internet users have brought about new horizons in effective and creative education.
Furthermore, they have caused equal educational opportunities to emerge by using systems based on electronic learning. Parallel to these objectives, Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University (ASMU) has established E_learning center to give students electronic educational services, at present, this center admits students through examination in two fields:
       1 _ Information Technology Engineering
       2_ Pure Chemistry. In near future, it will extend its educational activities to postgraduate levels too.
