Responsibilities of the research affairs office

 

      Responsibilities of the research affairs office :

 - Conducting current research affairs of the university and putting into operation the signed contracts ( Research projects & theses )
 - Preparing research procedure drafts and research by-laws in order to be posed in research council
 - Organizing research meetings' schedule and  providing the agenda for the research council
 - Accepting research proposals of the scientific staff, examining them before being mooted in research council , and preparing the proceedings
 - Receiving  research proposals approved in Faculties, posing them in the research council for consideration and making contracts with researchers 
 - Sending the minutes to the members of the council and supervising the execution of the resolutions to take place appropriately
 - Scheduling annual research and forecasting the research budgets
 - Taking measurements to solve problems related to the special research annual endowments of the university teaching staff
 - Executing the affairs related to the published papers in local and foreign journals
 - Conducting the affairs concerning the participation of the teaching staff in local seminars and international summits
 - Pursuing the affairs regarding the proposals for translating and compiling books by teaching staff and publication of papers in scientific journals of the university.
