The office of vice president for administrative and financial affairs is responsible for supervising the execution of all new affairs of the university, construction contracts, installation contracts, and service contracts. This office attempts to consider the university’s executive objectives, predict the budget, and estimate the number of man-power that university needs. Moreover, it works to establish the administrative system and perform the administrative and financial regulations precisely in order to achieve the goals of higher education.

Furthermore, it notifies the resolutions and current regulations to the relevant sections, determines the policies of the different sections on the basis of the university’s frame of goals, prepares the strategy of constitutional schedules of the university and that of income and expenditure system, takes part in councils, commissions, meetings, and gives judgments about administrative problems within the framework of regulations.
